Specification:
1)Main axle upgrading: Our company updated the axle of this lathe, become to be of three in the front and one in the rear(double-row short cylindrical roller bearing) structure, the axial cutting force is improved greatly, with great stability and universality.
2)Integral lathe leg: Integration of lathe bed. Such aspects as the rigidity, shock resistance and anti-leakage diversion are obviously improved.
3)Variable frequency and direct dragging speed regulation, the main axle is driven by the transducer and dragged directly by the main motor, five-grade speed regulation, with small vibration, low noise and the turnaround accuracy of main axle is improved
4)Selective row cutter; The directional stroke can be increased appropriately and provided with the row cutter installation board and the cutter file to be convenient for refitting or changing the row cutter
