LGC31 series machine is suitable for machining straight, spiral, cylindrical gears and worm wheel etc. Incooperated with reversing mechanism, it can cut herringbone gear without recess by end milling cutter and realize automatic cycling process.
When single indexing is processed, cycle maching can be realized automatically by using the end milling cutter and disc milling cutter. Single indexing also can be controlled manually independently.
The accuracy is not less than grade 7 with gear hobbing process and grade 8 with single gear indexing.
The table is centralized by hydrostatic bearing, pressure oil is supplied through gear oil divider.
The double pitch worms are used for machine. Without adjusting in radial the machine also can get good mating condition. The single worm transmitting is used for LGC31800W and LGC311250W.
Main motor is DC motor with British CT speed regulation system.
The machine is controlled by programmable controller and make all automatic cycling process variable and reliable.
