Direct-driven spindle from Taiwan.
Low noise. Standard spindle speed can up to 10000rpm. (15000optional)
By direct-driven spindle, the processing ability of the machine can be greatly improved. The character of low noise makes it run smoothly and prolongs its lifetime.
Knife-arm type tool magazine ( For FMC-650)
Special cam drive 20-tool knife arm automatic tool changing. The tool changing time is only 2.2 seconds, tool weight up to 7kg. Tool change smoothly and maintenance is simple. Knife-arm type mechanism is used to change handy tools bidirectional, which can save non-cutting time and improve efficiency.
Controller and operation panel
Controller adopts Japan FANUC 8.4 inch crystal screen control system of high stability. 4-axis is linkage with high stability, high speed and high precision performance. There are circuit board module and crystal function keys on the operation panel, which makes the operation convenient and prolong service time.
Tool clamping and cooling system
Right now the machine employs the current booster used universally in the processing center to discharge tools rapidly and pneumatically. Spindles adopt taper hole of two specifications: BT-40 (FMC), Cooling system employs the cooling water tanks separated from the machine bed, which makes it convenient to replace the coolant liquid. A cooling gas nozzle is provided.
Linear slide way
High-speed and high-precision linear ball slide of Grade P is adopted. Sliding movement is instead of the rolling movement, so the machine is of small abrasion, sensitive response, high positioning precision and long lifetime.
Gas oil and nitrogen weight system
Auto equalized balance system, making use of the theory of accumulator, let the hydraulic cylinder, together with servo motor on the spindle head, moves up and down, thus equiponderate the spindle head and realize high speed and high precision process, lessen burden of servo motor and prolong lifetime of the machine.
High precision ball screw
The machine adopts high precision C3 abrasive class ball screw which is 40mm. On both sides of the guide screw, it supports by bevel ball bearing_three pieces for one group. Besides, to reduce the accumulated heat error and enhance precision, it is through pre stretching.
Servo Adjustment
Adjusting parameter of servo motor by hardware and software can make the controller more compatible with the machine and make processing perfect.
Fourth-axis (Rotary worktable) (optional)
1. Equipped with the fourth axis rotary worktable, the fourth axis can do polyhedral processing and reduce non-processing time for loading and unloading.
2. With worm and worm wheel transmission, it has high precise positioning, though after the long time use, it can still maintain high accuracy.
3. Spindle rotating part employs high-precision bearings to ensure stability of the running center.
4. Minimum split angel is precise and commonly used in the spiral cutting work and sophisticated aerospace industry.
Heat exchange system
Electrical box adopts the heat exchanger to rapidly exhaust heat in the electrical box to maintain constant temperature inside and stabilize the operation of the control system
