Machine features for HL500:
1)CNC horizontal milling machining center;
2)the machine is made of machine base, column, slide saddle, indexing rotary table and mainstock. And the machine utilize itself gravity to rmove the chip, making the tool clear and the service life of tool longer 2-3 times. The inner rotary table and exchange worktable have increseased production efficiency 2 times than that of vertical machining center. Embeded spindle motor are connected directly to spindle to reduce vibration and improve the sureface smoothness and provide the machine with excellent thermal stability and low-noised rotation.
