Machine Features
This model be used to machining precision fine pitch super gear hobbing. Accuracy grade 5-5-6 (GB2363-90) can be reached after fine adjustments and with precision hob, right cutting parameters, and the transmission ratio of worm pair setting to 1: 10.
There are various working movement program making it very convenient to adjust and set to production, such as radial/axial cutting, mixed conventional and climb millings, synchro-rotation if main spindle and tailstock spindle, adjustabke push force of tailstock spindle between 0.2-90 kg and adjustable offset of tailstock spindle center which could be used to compensate possible distortion of slim workpieces.
The diameter of hob spindle could be 3.5, 4.5, 5, 6 and 8 mm (8 mm is standard and the others are optional). If choose 3.5, 4.5 5 and 6mm, the length of hob should be within 4-10mm.
