1. The machine is laid out rationally, and is compact in construcion, robust in rigidity and high in working accuracy.
2. The slideways are coated with teflon and the guideways are hardened.
3. The workspindle is journaled in the imported high-precision bearings. And the machine is equipped with the imported high-precision ballscrews.
4. The machine is equipped with and bamboo hat type tool magazine which works accurately and reliably.
5. The excessive X-axis travel guarantees wider application of the machine.
6. The machine is equipped with a Siemens 802D CNC system or the FANUC-Oi CNC system, The three axes are arranged with AC servo motors.
7. The drive to the spindle is transmitted from an A. C. Spindle motor, thus enabling the heavy-duty cutting, the high torque at low speed and the spindle running within a wide constant power range.
8. The machine is protected with an open-type splash guard or with a fully- enclosed splash guard.
9. The machine can be equipped with a rotary table (the 4th axis).
