This series machines have adopted processing machining center base with wide guideways and the guideways have good wear-resistant capability. Main casting parts are made of resin sand that delt with electric furnace smelting, which bestows the machine with a high rigidity. The adoption of ballscrews with bearing at both end has ensured the machine a stable accuracy.
With special design of modularization, the users can choose fellowing functions based on the same machine base:
*maual tool change type/semi-automatic tool change type,
*servo motor/stepper motor
*three axes linkage/four axes linkage
*worktable enclosed/ full enclosed
*speed changed by gear/speed changed by variable frequency
The control setting can add extra eletrical indexing head or NC indexing head, electric rotaty table or NC rotary table and A. T. C system.
*optional full cover of machine not only make the machine attactive but also prevent the coolant from leakage.
*automatic tool change is suitable for several continuous complicated processings on the base of one-time tool change
*the gearbox has adopted stepping belts to obtain a high speed and can applied to the processings of drilling, tapping, milling, boring, etc.
*afte adding frequency changer and the adoption of gearbox with gear ratio 1: 4/1: 8, the machines have the function of stepless speed adjustment and automatic speed change to gain large torque with low speed, suitable for processing tapping screw thread and milling and cutting larger-diameter hole with low speed.
The machines are suitable for drilling, hole-enlarging, reaming, bevel edge, and tapping, for surface milling, step plane, slope, and milling groove, for cutting and milling curve, curve surface and cam, and for the management of several sets of machines
Model TX36B: Frequency-changing boring &milling machine, with the features of automatic speed chane and max spindle speed(3000rpm/6000rpm), suitable for drilling, tapping, boring and milling with high speed.
Model TX36ZB: Frequency-changing boring &milling machine with speed change by gearbox., which have the function of stepless speed and automatic speed change, suitable for tapping and drilling with large torque.
Att: The worktable of CNC TX36 series machines can be lengthened to 650mm (higher column), suitable for processing longer and higher workpiece
