The 6M CNC Vertical Lathe is a kind of lathe with double column and fixed crossbeam, the height of the lathe is 6.3m. The 6M CNC Vertical Lathe is specially used in machining heavy and large plate or ring-like parts, such as large tire-mould, turbine impeller, slewing bearing, flange and so on.
The 6M CNC Vertical Lathe can go on turning conical surface while it is machining linear and no need stopping to adjust the toolhead. And the vertical lathe can also machining various curved surface.
The 6m CNC vertical lathe adopts half-closed servo control. Its spindle adopts infinitely variable speed and takes encoder on, which makes it turning thread and achieves constant cutting velocity.
